Standard Returns Policy (applies to all non-sale items)

copine Paris offers you the opportunity to return all or part of your order within 14 days of your original order date. The returned item(s) must be received at the address below within that 14-day period.

If you have any concerns returning the items within the 14-day window (due to weather delays or other seasonal delays (such as approaching holidays), please contact us immediately via email at: info@copcopinecanada.com

For all returns, the returned package should be accompanied by a copy of the delivery/packing list that is included within your shipment. In case of partial return, you must indicate on the copy of your order, the products that you do not want to keep.

Products returned are to have the tag still attached and must not have been worn, nor have been washed. In addition, the products must be packed carefully in their original packaging.

The return costs are entirely your responsibility, however exchange or return a product purchased on the website may be returned to our retail store location.
